Project Manager – Brussels (Hybrid)

A leading international organisation in Brussels is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale information system projects within a multicultural, EU-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects within agreed scope, cost, and quality.
• Define project strategy, plans, deliverables, and ensure strong governance and reporting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Owners, analysts, developers, and users.
• Drive risk, issue, change, and decision management with thorough documentation.
• Produce key project artefacts such as Business Cases, Vision Documents, and Project Charters.
• Translate EU legislation and business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Support transition from project delivery into operations and long-term maintenance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• 3+ years working in Agile (Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong background in software development projects and product/functional decomposition.
• Proficiency with BPMN, UML, or similar modelling frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international, multilingual environments.
• English at C1 level; French B1+ is an advantage.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential data.
